Touro University California is kicking off the new school year with its annual Mosaic Gala to help fund diversity scholarships for its students. Set on the Mare Island Campus, this year’s “Roaring 20’s” themed event takes place on Aug. 22 and unites community members, distinguished scholars and elected leaders for the cause.
