The Human Resources department at Touro University California is committed to providing excellent service to more than 500 faculty and staff members critical to the University's success. The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing guidance to the University in all aspects of human resources management including; staffing, benefits administration, performance management, employee development, employee relations, EEO Compliance, and policy development and interpretation.
