Campus Ceremony Showcases New Master’s Grads
Touro University California completed a series of commencement ceremonies May 22 by awarding Master’s degrees to 59 graduates of a medical health sciences program, with many of the students on track to begin classes this fall to become osteopathic physicians.

On the Shooting Outside the Capital Jewish Museum in DC
We were deeply pained by the murder of two innocent people outside of the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington D.C. We were, in addition, shocked to learn that the alleged perpetrator has worked for the American Osteopathic Information Association (AOIA) for the last eleven months.

TUC Achieves Top Ranking By US News & World Reports
Touro University California's College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUCOM) has received the No. 1 ranking in California for Most Graduates Practicing in Primary Care by US News & World Reports. Additionally, TUCOM has ranked No. 5 nationally, marking the fifteenth consecutive year since 2010 that it has been among the top 15 medical schools.

Dr. Alan Kadish, President of Touro University, announced the formal appointments of Dr. Tami Hendriksz, as Campus Provost and Chief Academic Officer, as well as continuing in her role as Dean and Chief Academic Officer of the College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Mr. Newman J. Hoffman, J.D. as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Touro University California (TUC).

Andre Ailoje’s real-life story puts most fiction to shame. Born in Angola to a diplomat, Ailoje’s family fled the civil war, moving from Africa to China, to the U.K., and finally settling in the U.S. After suffering a debilitating stroke, Ailoje’s father could no longer work, thrusting the family into financial peril.
