Dr. Steven Jacobson is Vice Provost and Dean of Student Affairs at Touro University California. He began his tenure at Touro University California in 2019 with more than 27 years of experience in student affairs. Jacobson previously worked in student affairs at Stockton's University of the Pacific and had leadership roles in university housing at the Pennsylvania College of Technology and Plymouth State University. Jacobson received his doctorate in education from University of the Pacific, his master's in education at Plymouth State University and his bachelor's degree in English from Washington State University.

Lisa Thomas is a member of the faculty for the MSPAS/MPH program at Touro University California and a 2017 graduate of the program. She currently serves as the program's Northern California Clinical Rotation Recruitment Coordinator.

Kaitlyn E. Riley is a Physician Assistant with the Solano County Family Health Services in Fairfield and a graduate of the dual Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies/Master of Public Health program at Touro University California (Class of 2022). She took part in a question-and-answer exchange with Dr. Joy Moverley, director of the program here at Touro.

Pilar Page joined Touro University California in July 2023 as the Director of Student Services for the College of Pharmacy. She works in collaboration with key personnel to support the success of the program's students.

Dr. Shadi Doroudgar is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management at Touro University California College of Pharmacy. She teaches Touro University California pharmacy students in the didactic portion of the curriculum and during Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences.

Dr. Danielle Tran graduated from the University of the Pacific with the Class of 1987. She is a Pharmacy Manager at Safeway in Walnut Creek. In addition to her role as a practicing pharmacist in her community, she is also the Experiential Education Coordinator for Safeway NorCal Division.

Dr. Joanna Cheung, MSc, RD, PharmD, BCNSP, CNSC, is currently an advanced clinical pharmacist specializing in nutrition support at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford.

Dr. Shane Desselle is Associate Dean for Research and Professional Affairs and a Professor of Social and Behavioral Pharmacy at Touro University California's College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Michael Ellerby, PhD, is Chair and Professor of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Touro University California's College of Pharmacy.

In 2018, Touro University California (TUC) Paisley Rosengren, Director of Student Success began noticing that many students would come by the Student Affairs office and take large handfuls of snacks they set out. Rosengren became concerned that the behavior was indicative of food insecurity.
