Biography
Sandy Li is an assistant professor in the Clinical and Social Pharmacy Sciences Department at Touro University California College of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences from the University of the Pacific in 2022. Afterwards, she completed a post-graduate year 1 pharmacy practice residency with Touro University California & Lifelong Medical Care. She currently practices as an ambulatory care pharmacist at Lifelong Medical Care in East Oakland, where she is involved in chronic disease state management with a focus on diabetes and hypertension. As a faculty member, she is involved with various faculty committees, student organization advising, and overseeing the PGY1 resident teaching certificate program. Her scholarship interests include optimization of patient outcomes through ambulatory care pharmacist involvement and pharmacy student wellbeing.
