Biography

Dr. Vivian Ly, PharmD, APh, is an Assistant Professor and Patient Care Skills Lab Coordinator in the Department of Clinical and Social Pharmacy Sciences at Touro University California College of Pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Chapman University in 2024. Following graduation, she completed a Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency through Western University of Health Sciences in collaboration with 986 Pharmacy, where she also earned her teaching and research certificates. She then completed a Postgraduate Year Two (PGY2) Pharmacy Residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) at Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center.
Dr. Ly currently practices as an ambulatory care pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente. Her professional interests include professional communication, interactive pharmacy education, and the professional development of student pharmacists.
