SolanoConnex Mental Health Access Fellowship

Funding provided by Touro University and Solano County - solanoconnex.tu.edu, solanoconnex.org

• • Fellowship Amount: $3,000 (approximate) per term
  • Eligibility: Including but not limited to full-time enrollment in MPH Program, ability to work 6 – 8 hours per week on project activities, commitment to working with the core team on community outreach, key informant interviews, data analysis, and writing manuscripts. Will be trained as a Mental Health Navigator
  • Award Timeframe: fall term/spring term

Social Justice in Public Health Fellowship

Funding provided by the Touro Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Fund

• • Fellowship Amount: $1,200 - $3,000
  • Eligibility: Including but not limited to full-time enrollment in MPH Program, commitment to building leadership and advocacy skills for the promotion of health equity, and ability to participate in planning the Social Justice in Public Health Annual Speaker Series. Priority is given to underrepresented minority students.
  • Award Timeframe: Award Timeframe: academic year (August through May)

Youth in Action for Health Equity Project

Youth Participatory Action Research: funding provided by Touro University and Solano County

• • Fellowship Amount: $5,250
  • Eligibility: Including but not limited to full-time enrollment in MPH Program, ability to work 6 – 8 hours per week on project activities, commitment to working with diverse youth and addressing educational and health equity issues.
  • Award Timeframe: academic year (August through May)

Public Health Faculty Research Assistant (paid position)

• • Public Health Program Faculty are engaged in exciting research projects domestically and globally. By assisting with their research, you can gain experience and skills in data collection and analysis, subject interviewing, grant administration, and more.
