Biography

Dr. Sheena Lee is a seasoned PA in practice since 2008. She has diverse clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, currently specializing in psychiatry and mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a Doctor of Medical Science in Psychiatry and a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry (CAQ-Psych), demonstrating her advanced expertise in managing complex psychiatric conditions.

In addition to her clinical role in outpatient psychiatry, where she provides comprehensive mental health care with a focus on developmental disabilities, Dr. Lee has dedicated herself to educating current and future PAs. She has experience teaching neuroscience and psychiatry at the graduate level, and she is passionate about equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to address the mental health challenges faced by diverse populations.

Dr. Lee’s teaching philosophy integrates her extensive clinical experience with an emphasis on holistic, patient-centered care. In her faculty role, she is committed to fostering an environment of collaboration, critical thinking, and professional growth among her students.

Outside of academia, Dr. Lee enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and fly fishing. She loves learning and growing both personally and professionally. However, her greatest joy in life is raising her three children.
