Biography

Ms. Pimentel (she/her) joined Touro in 2012 and has held various positions within the Program and University including Administrative Coordinator, Learning Specialist, and Director of Clinical Education. During her time, she has served on various committees on campus including as a member of the Five-Year Strategic Action Planning Committee, Experiential Committee, and others.  She received her master’s degree in education from TUC in 2015 and currently sits on the TUC Alumni Board of Directors. Prior to joining TUC, she was the program manager for San Mateo County’s HICAP program which provided free counseling and advocacy to Medicare beneficiaries. She is currently the Director of Clinical Education with the Touro Joint MSPAS/MPH Program. In her role, she is responsible for clinical year oversight which includes supervision of those working on any of the clinical pieces, organization, and tracking of all of the moving parts to ensure that everything works smoothly for the Joint MSPAS/MPH students on rotations.
