Biography

Samantha Hall joined Touro University California's MSPAS/MPH program in September 2024. She is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, and clinical education coordination. Currently serving as the Admissions Administrative Coordinator and NorCal Clinical Rotation Recruitment Coordinator at Touro University California, she plays a key role in student admissions, event coordination, and expanding clinical rotation opportunities across Northern California. Prior to joining Touro, Samantha spent over ten years at All’s Well Health Care Services, where she advanced through roles from Account Executive to Professional Recruiter, specializing in the placement of nursing and allied health professionals nationwide. Samantha has a strong foundation in Business Administration from Butte College and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Business Administration through Touro University Worldwide (TUW), a sister campus within the Touro University System. Samantha is passionate about improving access to care through strategic partnerships and community-based clinical education.
